Manchuela je označení původu (DO) nacházející se v oblasti Kastilie-La Mancha ve Španělsku. Tato oblast, známá svou rozmanitostí, těží z kontinentálního klimatu s horkými léty a chladnými zimami, což je ideální pro pěstování odrůdy Bobal, hlavní domácí odrůdy. Manchuela také produkuje bílé, růžové a červené vína z odrůd jako Tempranillo, Macabeo a Sauvignon Blanc.
